Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. Absolutely first class. Very skilled at making joinery to complement the house rather than just use standard off the shelf products. Nothing too much trouble and very flexible when the requirements were changing as the job progressed. .As we were on a tight budget was always willing to suggest different ways of ending up with the same result. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family

We had three chandeliers fitted today and it was installed very quickly with no mess. Dave was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend! Great job !
