Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work, although it did take a bit longer than expected to complete.

We offer a complete service of renovations from small bathroom revamps to complete house renovations. We have fully qualified tradesmen with niceic for electrical works and gas safe for plumbing. All our work is carried out to a very high standard with a 12 month warranty.
Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.

Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. He come when he said he would come. He finished the job as when he said he would finish the job, he was very kind very friendly and the Work was very reasonably priced. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didn�t complete the work but that�s okay because in his view it wasn�t essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, can�t stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isn�t important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
