Despite knowing the extreme urgency from day one—and being reminded constantly—he left a basic door replacement unfinished for over 10 days! His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. What little work he did was crooked cuts, no trim, poor installation of fire elements. The doors he brought were also of lower quality. Poor skill and no respect for the job promised.

Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. We wanted a shower regrouting and resealing as it had developed some cracks and was potentially leaking water into the wall. Andrew quoted us quickly and came round to do the work in line with the timings agreed. There were some additional bits around the bathroom that needed doing and these were all sorted and completed on the day. The work was all done with quality materials and to a good finish.

GLS review From the initial enquiry for works , the response from GLS was quick promptly followed by a site visit to assess the work. The scope of work was broken down clearly against the costs and this was detailed. We had a kitchen fitted from flat pack including work tops and a lot of electric appliances and gas hob. And, a downstairs shower room which has been partially started – sink , shower and toilet installed plus finishings. The work carried out was of a good standard , the fitter arrived on time
