The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks

Steve fitted a heavy glass chandelier over my staircase and replaced my light switches with decorative iridium ones.
