The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

They offered great advice that ended up saving us money & gave a better result than we could have expected. They worked long hours so only took 2 days, even our neighbours commented on their professionalism & work ethic. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to friends

I hired Dream Renovations (Patryk) to fit vinyl plank flooring in my shower room. Great job: quick and tidy. Following that I hired him to repair a collapsed ceiling. He turned up when he said he would, and did a great job: plasterboard, plastered, and painted. If I need any work carried out in the future, Patryk will be the first person I will contact, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs work done in their home.

Derek and James made me a garage base in the worst possible weather conditions with no complaints and barely stopped for a cuppa. The Job is excellent, the price was competitive and i'm glad I have their number as I will definitely use them again. Thanks again Gents,Top Notch.

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.

Paul did an excellent job of removing the old storm porch that was attached to my front door. Everything removed, rubble taken away, great chat & well priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking to get some demolition work done! Thanks Paul!
