We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.
