Adam n Harry are prompt, professional n are certified roof doctors for sure. They are reassuring and very customer focused. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Turned up straight away and fixed the leak in my roof the next day. Just what was needed to save us getting wet! He also did some other repairs to make sure we're water-tight over the winter. Thanks

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Gary and his team have done a fantastic job installing a new roof, fitting new guttering, along with sofits and facias, His quote was the best value and most honest from the many we had, Gary kept us informed of the progress throughout the installation, he kept his work area tidy and left no mess when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Gary and his team for all the services he has to offer, he's a lovely genuine guy that goes the extra mile for his customers.

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Rob has been excellent from the beginning to the end. He's fitted a new worktop with upstand and rebuilt an existing kitchen unit to fit new layout, giving my tired kitchen a new lease of life. Everything has to be spot on with Rob, and I can see he takes great pride in his workmanship. Nice guy, excellent work, and fair pricing - Highly recommended.
