Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Quote was made on the basis of locks lower than British standard and would not have been recommended for use, so it cost more than expected but the service was good.

It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance.
