George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Fast friendly service but no guarantee and windows and doors company now no longer trade. Bathroom was installed by this company but they installed a faulty pipe and consequently a flood through kitchen ceiling made it uninhabitable and I had to move out and sell property because of the trauma.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.
Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

My experience was terrible. Exactly the same experience as other bad reviews I suspect any good reviews are fictitious. Paid £200 on the understanding grass would be strimmed then cuttings mowed.. “Frank” advised he would return fortnightly for £18. Butchered the grass with a strimmer and never returned leaving a horrendous mess but payment was made to C Stubley. Do not hire I am a disabled pensioner and feel badly conned.
