John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Quality workmanship from start to finish by Sergio and his team. The guys were very helpful and obliging to all that was asked. Sergio is very knowledgeable and was always on hand to provide advice and let us know the next steps on the job. We have decided to get Sergio to do the other bathroom as well

One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

Gaz's company renovated our house (kitchen, new boiler, laminated floor, stairs, banister, electrics and painting etc). Gaz and his team did an amazing job to a very high standard. They are very hard working people and always on time. Gaz is very professional always updated us with what work was next . He gave us good advice. At the end of each day Gaz and his team left the place tidy. They are very polite and respectable. Reasonable price ,We strongly recommend Gaz Company. Mike and Ula.

Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Although a small scale job, Patrick was quick to respond to my post and very kindly talked me through a few options, which was very useful and much appreciated. Matthew and his team did an amazing job and completely transformed a tired 1st floor maisonette into a luxurious looking property. Throughout my 'mini' project Matthew remained calm and patient, even when i informed him that i preferred to have my Gas Safe Engineer to work on the Plumbing and Gas boiler. he just adjusted his quote reflect this. He also suggested 2 weekly installation payments so that I could see the improvements before paying. I will definitely use Matthew again for any future projects.

Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.

Igor gave us as very keen price, and his team did the job beautifully. And much more quickly than expected, working over a bank holiday. They were ingenious in solving problems, excellent in their craftsmanship, and cleaned up impeccably afterwards.

Fatjon / Tony and team did a fantastic job decorating my house, getting rid of damp and giving my front garden a completely new look. They re built wonky walls, rendered them and laid some amazing tiles giving an original Victorian look. Communication was excellent and there were no surprise / hidden costs at the end. All the guys at Bardhi construction were super friendly and extremely respectful of my house. They cleaned up every night and took great care of my property. I highly recommend :)

I picked Ariana from this website not knowing him before. Ariana And his team was everything I wanted within a builder - knowledgeable, skilful, polite, courteous and fundamentally the work with a good quality. I used Ariana to lay a Parque floor, build a new bathroom within my house, refurbished another bathroom before painting the entire flat.
