18 months after a complete refelting and about 5 panel replacements the roof leaked in many places . After many phone calls he inspected it, but said it needed more wooden panels replacing , he was a little offensive , and blamed, me ,and has not returned since. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all.
