He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

James came out to provide a quote and was quite pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately after accepting the job he quit answering messages so we had to find another workman. I'd guess he found a bigger project, which would have been fine if he'd let us know.

We work from Architect, Engineer drawings to ensure compliance. All our new work comes with a suppliers warranty and a guarantee from us on our Labour Work. We have been with Rated People for over 14 years now and have been trading since 2007. We are based in Edinburgh and our employees are the same tradesmen we have employed since we started. We are conscientious about our work and will always meet our customers' expectations as it is part of our beliefs and values. We fully insured for public and workers liability and have our own Health and Safety Policy.
Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
The decking was installed in a very professional manner and to a very good standard. Work was carried out on time. I would recommend for this type of work. Work site was kept and left in a good tidy state.
Turned up promptly and explained what they were going to do. They came back the following day when they realised some of the work was not quite right. The work was done to a high standard and I would not hesitate to use them again.
