Am a qualified professional plumber for over 15 years and has experienced so much in the work and it all came from the bad I encountered, and because have learned so much I don’t repeat myself making mistakes. Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

I had a boiler service carried out by Rob and he did an excellent job. He went the extra mile by checking my smoke alarm and gas hob to make sure everything complies with gas safety standards. I was also experiencing low pressure in one of the showers, and he took the time to check that as well. Overall, Rob did a fantastic job.
