The ceiling was painted but the staining re-appeared. The painter agreed to come back but failed to turn up on two occasions. I will make other arrangements to get the job finished, and I will not be using rated people again, as two bad experiences are enough, particularly as i have only tried twice!

Great workmanship, neat and tidy at the end of each day and able to get it all done against quite a tight timeline. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
