Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. I would highly recommend Robbie and not only do we look forward to using his services again but have already recommended him to our friends.

Very quick to respond. Work started promptly and was completed within a week. Good verbal communication from Thomas. Kept me updated with regular videos and photos as work progressed, taken whilst working on the roof.

We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Don't be put off if you are a distance away from where Bill is based as Arbiter Coatings travelled a long way to us and had other jobs in our area, We can see why these guys are in high demand.

I wish to thank 'Rated People' for providing me with such outstanding people as Ben and Nathan. Not only were they a delight to have around the house, but their attention to detail and superb finish, exceeded my expectations. Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.

A friendly, hard working pair of young lads who did two excellent jobs on my roof very efficiently under adverse conditions. I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. They will be given first refusal on any future roofing job I may have (which is not unlikely in my old house).

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Alex did an absolutely wonderful job, Karchering/Pressure washing my patio and path to shed. He spent right amount of time, and had ‘eye’ for detail, protecting my plants which had grown along their edges too. Thank you Alex — 5 stars on this Review is because you deserve it.
