George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Done a great job on the roof and sent video of the works done and showed what other works need doing to prevent further issues. Great job and will be using again
I'll start with a positive - quality of build was good. Negatives, was told 2 weeks - 5 months later still not completed (3m x 1m shed and some of it was already in place) and had to get another company to finish it at more expense. Was charged for time in sourcing materials, was told it could be completed within my budget when I increased it by £500 and now he is saying I still owe him more money. Took/disposed of quarry tiles I said I wanted. I wont be using him again
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!

I didn't actually use him to do the work so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, hence the "satisfactory" rating for quality and value. He arrived when promised and communication from him was good and he called back when promised. I was impressed by him and plan to use him for a big job in the future.
