Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

Change in spec of my job which neither of us anticipated was dealt with without issue or complaint. Good guy and I would definitely use Wayne again. Recommended.

Unfortunately I have to state that my experience with this company has been absolutely unacceptable. We agreed a price and a date to start works. Day one they did not turn up and did not call to provide an explanation until the day had almost finished. They then promised that they would attend on Friday morning and complete the works. Once again I received no call. I called the contractor left voicemail messages and finally left a message via WhatsApp. Contractor called me back around 15.30pm and apologise

Great job. Very professional and tidy work. Communications good, as William held up at previous job. Kept informed. Reasonably priced, and even left us the materials invoice, so no markup. Definitely use again.

Ojr did an excellent job under challenging circumstances on the plastering job I had. They worked very closely with me to ensure the job was done well including working an additional day to ensure work was to the highest standard. Would recommend.

Attended address to quote for the job but was totally unprepared and took photographs rather than actually measure the dimensions of the room . Never contacted me after his visit to provide a quote so I decided to look elsewhere .

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!

Even a star is not applicable for these people. The came to mend my house due to a leak in bathroom and went back breaking a pipe and not repairing anything. Taking away 2k in the process. Just avoid please
