Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Mark (MSW Joinery) came out the day after I posted the add, to survey the job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to complete the works I wanted. Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!
