8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

12/4call visit13 showed cost without seeing job did change shower hose then asked for part payment which i did .22/4 i messaged him ashad no contact,said having a job getting rad. i looked on line the size needed was at ,b&q screw fix amazon ,look at following week 24/4 said be with me 30/4 cost more i asked why then said £29 less 30/4 came and went i text him he said been too busy forgot to txt me he had a email rad be with him 2/5.so he still had not got it .sorry told him to forget it .will never us
