RPS contacted myself for a viewing of the roof replacement. They used a drone to view from the outside and contacted me for further details regarding type of tiles. They source there tiles from down south too to get a installation date in 2 months time. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.
John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls.
