Excellent job, got a replacement for the tile that has not been manufactured for some years and had it fitted in half a day. Considering the amount of miles put in to come to the job and miles travelled to source the replacement tile the job was very reasonably priced too.

The price Kelvin quoted me for was a LOT cheaper than other roofers gave me. So if you want to get a good job done. Although not fully resolved... Dean did a fully professional job and gave sound advice to move forward with the problems that were 'unearthed' (once some sockets,etc. were removed). I wouldn't hesitate to use Shocked again

Nothing but stress due to Daren's lack of transparency. The start date came and went but no communication or apology received at all. I had to reach out a number of times but just received lies - shame for him that he forgot which lies he'd previously told me. It was at that point (2 months later) that I cancelled and asked for a refund. Even that was stressful so after 10 days of nothing I claimed it through my bank. I do NOT recommend this tradesman at all.
