Although not fully resolved... Dean did a fully professional job and gave sound advice to move forward with the problems that were 'unearthed' (once some sockets,etc. were removed). I wouldn't hesitate to use Shocked again
we specialise in kitchen and bathrooms, supply and fit. We have been trading for over 25yrs. We aim to complete a project with a week and supply all of the trades which we have work closely with and trust!! We also give a labour guarantee with our work!
Nothing but stress due to Daren's lack of transparency. The start date came and went but no communication or apology received at all. I had to reach out a number of times but just received lies - shame for him that he forgot which lies he'd previously told me. It was at that point (2 months later) that I cancelled and asked for a refund. Even that was stressful so after 10 days of nothing I claimed it through my bank. I do NOT recommend this tradesman at all.

Great joiner, quality product, friendly advice and quick installation. Cheaper than quoted elesewhere and does exactally as he says. Was able to answer any questions I had about the products and is very reasonable in price but delivers a top quality product.
