Brilliant! Communication and attention to detail was outstanding all the way through. Zoltan and Tabita are lovely people too. They asked lots of questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted. They come across as highly professional and take pride in their work. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. I am a local Oxford based plumber with 6 years experience of plumbing and 10 years experience in the trades. I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. I also have a range of contacts from trusted tilers to electricians who can help to complete an installation where required. As much as I like to get stuck in I understand that no one can be the best at everything and would not attempt something unless competant. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.

Prestige Plumbing called in 30 minutes from me placing an ad. Lee came round 90 mins later, took a couple of pics and promised to be back the next day to repair a leaking connection. At the time he expected he would have to order parts for an additional task. Next day, he turned up did both repairs ,relaid floorboards etc I had lifted to locate the fault. That trip was about an hour. So Lee get praise from me for speedy response good clean work. Invoice came after 4 days, but was 1/2 of my estimate
