Hired to fix my guttering and they have done a brilliant job, they came to check and work out what the problem is and gave me a reasonable quote, they arranged a date and time to carry out the work and the leak and guttering issues are completely gone. Would highly recommend.

Paul was helpful and knowledgeable, highlighting where the problems were with the old pointing on my house. With his team he got on with the work without delays and completed it in the time he said. Although not fully resolved... Dean did a fully professional job and gave sound advice to move forward with the problems that were 'unearthed' (once some sockets,etc. were removed). I wouldn't hesitate to use Shocked again

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame

The guys were really good they quickly responded to my job request and were at my house within an hour as promised they resolved the issue and tested everything with a great detailed report definitely someone I would call again for boiler issues.
