When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. Chris and his team gave our entire en - suite a new look. Excellent job. The shower had a step to get in. They managed to get the tray on the floor level and the whole area was retiled. A new boxed in toilet and vanity unit completed the look. Chris told us exactly what was going to happen each day and every night told us what time the tradesmen would arrive. Everyone was prompt professional and pleasant. Great job. We have asked him to quote for a full bathroom renovation. Highly recommended by us.
