Alex was a tad late but once he turned up his attitude could not be faulted. He went above & beyond. He assessed what needed to be done, went to get required supplies, returned within half an hour & did the repair. I suggested one more batten for extra support for the chip board, which he did immediately. He also replaced a broken cat flap & fixed my relatives's bed, where a castor needed to be replaced. He left the area cleaner than he found it! Excellent job. Will definitely use again.

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. Great service, and communication all along the way. Extremely professional, but still made sure he was doing what I wanted and not would be easier for him, consulting me at each decision. Kevin came with his apprentice,, and made sure that he was teaching Robbie both the technical skills but also the soft skills that will see him well in the future. Left the house cleaner than when it was came in! It may seem a small thing but I always have more trust in a tradesman who turns up in a sign written van.
