We are a small company BRight Way Constructions. We do Bathroom Kitchen Flooring Heating Declarating etc.
This fellow is not a serious worker to engage with. He accepted a job on Friday 25-Oct-2024, we agreed on the price, he said will do the job on Sunday 27-Oct-2024, he didn't turn up as ageed, he rescheduled for Monday, he turn up and said he will do the job on Tuesday. On Tuesday he sent text saying he cannot do the job because he is busy. He wasted my time, don't be his next victim.

I’ve used them before and yet another great job done. Full central heating system installed in 3 bed terrace house with all pipe work hidden under floor and tidied up as they went. 3 days of work and I never felt like I was living in a building site. James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.

30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.
