Great job, full boiler replacement done perfectly as well as sorting out the dodgy issues from the previous boiler installation. Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. He and his wife were 2 of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and I am glad that they are not the villains I initially thought they were. I'd have them back anytime

Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. His was the only response I had to my entry in Rated People, and I'm glad it was. Highly recommended in all respects.
