I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. I posted the job with my budget when Shane arrived (several hours later than he initially specified) his quote was significantly higher than my budget so the work never took place. He later revised the quote so I booked him for the job. He never showed up on the revised date, rescheduled and never showed up again and didn't return my messages. A complete waste of my time.
