Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. Mihai and team have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is great. Mihai is a problem solver and made us feel he had our interest at heart. He always made good recommendations on how to effectively improve the work, was helpful wherever needed e.g. Buying materials or rexommemdkng the right equipment and appliances. He always gave us options, explaining pros and cons. Him and the team are very nice and easy going. Also important, it's great he could do all the electric and plumbing.

Looking to insulate our roof. Martin came round to quote and advised against doing so as what we had was adequate but suggested we looked in the roof space in our lean to as maybe this was the cause of the cold wind. Beams had rotted, no insulation under RSG and no lead flashing. All issues were resolved in 2 days and at a very reasonable price, especially compared to the job we initially thought might need to be done.
