George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Although there was a short delay in getting the work completed once the tradesmen were on site the work was completed efficiently and to an excellent standard, The site was cleared and the property secured on completion,
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left

The job took over 6 months to complete due to restricted working hours approx 10am to 3pm. No team of specialised workers but casual labourers. Good electrician. Poor plumber and tiler. Good design ideas but little to back it up. 3 years on I have had endless plumbing issues that have cost me to put right. Would not employ again nor recommend.
