We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Quick to respond to advert on Rated People. Answered questions on where they were located and asked me for a video of job, which was sent. However, I needed the job to be done asap and Patrick has broken his ankle so I went with another gardening service. Patrick did call to explain what had happened and offered a discount on any other work. Very genuine worker.

The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion.
