We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
