The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. Ashely initially appears honest although he is very inexperienced, unprofessional and pulls quotation figures out of thin air. he was unable to identify the problem and therefore went through a myriad of potential remedies which he kept billing me for before working out what the actual issue was. I had a blocked Kitchen sink when I contacted Ashley via Active Plumbing £700 later I still have a blocked sink, a gaping whole in the back of my kitchen units and a leaking sink. 1/10 Avoid at all costs.
