Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Rohan did a complete bathroom refurbishment for me. He was diligent and tidy and the final job looks great. He turned up every day early and worked the full day. He came back after completion to fix a snag too - so good aftercare. Good guy, would recommend him.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

I have 5 years in painting and decorating at 20 years old ( I have been painting since I was 15) and passed my level 2 with distinctions across the board. I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and that I am clean and tidy. I am now working as a full time plumbing and heating engineer to further my skills in the trade so i am now taking on plumbing jobs for myself.
