Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. 3yrs after this guy installed my bathroom, i'm still having issues. The entire shower place he did is getting pull down because he did the hot/ cold water plumbing wrong and this had been causing me issues. Almost every bit of the bathroom he installed had required re-doing over the past 3yrs. He's cost me so much. Totally clueless self acclaimed plumber.
