From start to finish we found Chris and Michael to be polite and confident in their approach to the job, the work has been completed quickly and to a really high standard, everything added has been done neatly and they have taken into consideration our future requirements for a kitchen and ensuite we plan to fit. On completion they've taken us through the system and answered any questions, most importantly everything has been left neat and tidy. We couldn't ask for more and are happy to recommend them. Robert sorted out everything in the kitchen, removing old pipe work and also installing 2 new radiators, very happy with his work, stayed longer that he needed to to get the job finished, would recommend Robert to any one , Thank you for the work.

I am very happy with the work that Paul did in our house. He was punctual, flexible, reliable and friendly. He also provided us with detailed advice to a lot of our questions. He has very good customer service and I will definitely be calling him again, if we need any work done.

I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.

Would highly recommend Plumb and Tile Chelmsford. Scott and Gavin have made a lovely job of our small ensuite. Scott was calm and professional even when faced with some unforseen plumbing problems. It was a pleasure having them working in our house - they were reliable, friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day. Would definitely have them back for any future projects.
