I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.
