Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him. Real value for money.

We asked Chris to renovate our terraced house in Tenby. We live in Cardiff and discussed with him our requirements and throughout the whole renovation he carried out the work superbly and we were always surprised by the standard of excellent work that he did in the property. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
