Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I had reason to engage R W property mainteance to carry out some work on my roof on the 16 April. Robert turned up on time to do the work and left on completion. A few days later I discoverd the satelite dish receiver was damaged at the point where Robert erected his ladder to gain access to the roof. and the receiver had been tapped back onto the satelite support arm. Despite sending Robert messages to call me regarding this matter no reply haSbeen received to date.

Ryan from R.A.M. Roofing quoted £140 to fix two small gutter leaks. He took full payment but did nothing. Despite repeated calls and messages, he promised to return at least FOUR times between April 15 and May 24 but never showed up. I wasted four days of annual leave waiting. Avoid Ryan or R.A.M. Roofing — quick to respond but that’s all you’ll get.

Very reasonable quote. Once work was complete amount charged was exactly as quote. Very difficult weather conditions but Scott went out of his way to change his workload to fit my piece of work into my limited availability.

Robbie did a fantastic job to prepare my roof for winter. He inspected and cleaned gutters, fixed broken and missing tiles and also removed dangerously wobbly chimney pot from unused chimney. He also secured all remaining chimney pots to prevent birds getting in. All for a great price! He always showed up on time and left the place tidy. Communication with Robbie was easy over chat, phone and WhatsApp. I’ll definitely contact Robbie again when my roof needs another inspection and maintenance.
