Tyco roofing has been running for over 10 years i working in the building trade for 13 years before setting up my own roofing business. We use high quality materials with competitive prices and provide photos/videos of all work.
Ours was quite a specialist job, as the scaffold at the rear of the house had to bridge our whole conservatory which is 30ft x 12ft. Tommy found the right scaffolder for the job and the rest is history. The work was carried out without any fuss, our jobs list was completed and the site left clean. Work finished quickly, tidied up, disposed of waste. He even as requested reroofed my hedgehog house with left over materials. I wanted to score 2.5/5. Protype quoted a very high price for the work which I accepted on the basis that they would provide a once and for all fix to a leaking roof. Part of the work looks to have been performed well but some parts were not. So far no leaks but when I tried to contact them after a poorly fitted piece down pipe fell off l got no reply.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Contacted me soon after job was posted and arranged a visit. A quote was provided. Unfortunately, the guttering is only 6 years old and needed a couple of brackets and repositioning, but was quoted for a full gutter replacement which is not necessary.
