We had approx 20 sq m of paving laid and the the existing paving cleaned repointed. The work was of a very high standard, good sub base, paving laid to correct fall and well pointed. An exceptional job at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use Patrick and his team again.

The quote they gave included the sand to fill the gaps between the paving slabs and Driveway bricks. The three guys turned up on time, Professionally attired and ready for work. They were extremely Polite and affable. Once they had finished, they cleaned up and the end result was a fantastic look, like a new driveway and Patio. We would recommend them

Alltype Building responded swiftly to my original request to fix some guttering. They provided a reasonable quote and started straight away. It became apparent that the whole of the guttering really needed changing and after a re-quote this was completed to a high standard. During this job the ridge tiles to the main house were discovered to be dangerously loose in many places and they were able to mobilise a team straight away to fix them, again to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.

Incompetent!! Charged £400 to replace 2 roof tiles, mastic to 3 roof caps and adjust gutter that was leaking in two places. Required constant monitoring to check his progress. Jamie then had the audacity to suggest a further charge of £150 to add mastic to 3 additional caps !! He couldn’t comprehend that his pricing made no sense! Sadly, the gutter is still leaking and despite his promises to return to complete the work he’s failed to show 3 times. Don’t waste your time or money - get a professional!

Very rude person. Unreliable. Came and saw my roof three times. Still leaking. He only will come back if you give him an incentive (my incentive was I had other family members close by wanting repairs) otherwise he will make excuses and say leave it with me and give no indication when he will come after asking several times. He has checked my roof three times and claims he is an expert but has failed to identify the issue. He will just do a shoddy job to just get onto his next job. Will not recommend.

His opinion was” as the flashing was rippled didn’t lay flat or smooth” it could potentially let water into conservatory
