Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it! The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks.
