We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!

Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. The work was delayed due to the weather but completed as requested. Final bill was less than the quote, so very pleased with that. I would recommend Ben as he is conscientious,diligent and easy to talk to.

Dave who came to do the work was very professional , worked really hard to clean my roof. He cleaned up afterwards including my neighbours grounds. He took pictures of areas I could not see. I needed my garden shed removing, because it had begun to deteriorate, and there was almost a forest growing around it. The young man who completed the work did a grand job. He dismantled the shed in a very short time, and he took it all away from the site. I will need my garage re-roofing in the spring, and have decide to give the work to BSM. I highly recommend this company.
