Adam viney gave me a really good quote on my fencing & when quoting the job he asked me what i would like Style size etc which i liked also he kept me updated all the way through the job & even worked the job around my work/school hours, he did a brilliant job & even took away my old fencing & all the mess.. i didn't have to do a thing he was very reliable & pleasant tradesman i would recommend Adam to any body that needs fencing/building & conservatory's.. me & my Husband are really pleased with the job
I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.

Was told that 2+ people would be working on the job and only 1 turned up. Asked for 2 coats and received one. Will not be using again and can not recommend.
It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. Has a great demeanour which for a lady alone and the very very wrong side of 21 is very important. I asked a lot of questions all answered without hesitation. Dave and Andy did I great job of my bathroom refurbishment. Really helpful guys who went out of their way to make sure the bathroom was done how I wanted, including doing several things not originally agreed on (moving towel rail, building a fitted self behind bath, extra light fitting; not small jobs!). Finish looks amazing, tiling is really spot on and they were really friendly. They also did a very good job of tidying up after. Would definitely use again.
