Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Hired Daniel to paint the back fence and shed. Great communication from the first contact and a good price. Turned up on time and worked diligently all day - Leaving everything nice and clean when done. Already have him coming back for some extra work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Big gaps in flooring now. His colleague left kitchen skirting uneven and broken. Avoiding calls to repair even after repeated contacts. Will not recommend because he failed to deliver quality finish.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

We booked Piotr for what he thought would be 4 day's worth of work, to strip back 2 old cupboards of mouldy and damp plaster, treat the walls, then plaster again to a perfect finish. He arrived promptly every day, providing regular updates. Piotr finished the original job to a great standard a day early, and was therefore able to fit in an extra plastering job we had been putting off, to repair some cracks in the artex of the bedroom ceiling, then resurface it all to a smooth finish. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended

With a leaky roof, these guys came out on a Sunday and the job was done within 3 days. They went out of their way to solve our problem. I would reccomended these guys and use them again without hesitation.
