Wow what a fantastic job and a fantastic guy. Liam comunicated with me all the way through from start to finish sending me updates and pictures of all the jobs I had asked him to do. When he installed the gates and storage box he did it all on his own in the freezing cold rain and has done such a great job. Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!

This tradesman did half of the job. He said that he would come back with his ladder to complete the job and I mistakenly paid him. He never came back and has been impossible to get hold of. I would not recommend him for any job ever again.
A quick response and arrived when they said they would. A neat and tidy job I would certainly recommend them.
Mark is an excellent tradesaman. I needed a CCTV system that I had bought myself installing. Mark's quote for the job was very competitive. I had other quotes that were double Mark's quote!! The job was started at the agreed time and completed with timely efficiency. All waste was cleared from the site. I have no hesitation in using / recommending Mark's services again.

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame
