Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. Richmond fitted three lights in the kitchen and living room which was good, He also fitted my gas oven but he didn’t do what I asked him to do which was to change plug socket to a 15amp and oven plug instead he just changed the plug to a 13amp. This can burn out the one in the long run ( my father who is an electrical engineer graduated with masters degree from Imperial College London) I still have not used the oven and bought an air fryer because of this. Richmond also didn’t complete the job…..
Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Overall he is a fantastic builder and I would 100% recommend him.

1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Left my property after 10 minutes. Then demanded I pay £80 call out charge, in spite of having done absolutely nothing and arriving 90 mins late. STAY AWAY from Electro Flame.
