He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
