Myles was everything I wanted (and needed) from a technical guy. I had a new tv/soundbar system that I had hooked up to my blueray+sky box. All was installed - but just not working quite right. Nothing serious, just lots of niggly issues that were detracting from a brilliant system. Not only did he solve all the niggles, but got my remote controls down from 5 to just one. Sheer bliss. Highly recommended.
